Breakfast smoothie

P.S. This makes a large smoothie. You could either split it with someone or save the rest for tomorrow morning. 🙂

Breakfast Smoothie recipe:

  • Handful of spinach
  • 1 banana (or 1/2 if you prefer less of a banana taste)
  • 1/2 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen mangos
  • 3 heaping T of Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 t Flax seeds
  • 1/2 t Chia seeds
  • Fill 50/50 Almond/Coconut milk to “max” line
  • Drizzle honey on top
